Physiotherapy for Kids & Teens

Our standard in clinic appointment type for all kids 1-18yrs. Please select an Initial Assessment if this is your first time, and a follow-up appointment if you've played with us before.


Physiotherapy for Infants

These appointments are designed for babies aged 0-1yr. Please bring your baby in should you have any concerns with his/her developmental milestones. You can also book one of these appointments if you do not have any concerns, but are looking for guidance on how to support your infant in developing gross motor skills.


Paediatric Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

If your child struggles with continence or pelvic floor dysfunction, these specialized appointments with our Pelvic Health physiotherapists can help. Be sure to book an Initial Assessment if you have not previously been seen by one of our physiotherapists for Pelvic Health concerns.


Physiotherapy for Concussion

These appointments are for concussion related services including baseline testing, post concussion assessment and treatment. Our clinic is associated with Complete Concussion Management Inc (CCMI).

Olivia has always been passionate about working with children and helping them discover joy in movement. She believes in nurturing a love of physical activity that sets kids up for confidence and success throughout their lives. Olivia has a special interest in supporting babies and young children as they reach important milestones, both in neurotypical development and for children with diverse needs.

She is particularly passionate about incorporating elements of “risky play” into her sessions, encouraging kids to safely explore their limits, build resilience, and grow through movement-based challenges. Her past experience as an aerial acrobat inspires her to create playful, adventurous, and engaging activities that help children embrace movement with confidence.

Tanha grew up active in sports such as swimming, figure skating, badminton, and track and field. Her curiosity about the human body led her to pursue a BSc in Life Sciences: Sensory Motor Systems, where she explored both neuroscience and kinesiology. She completed her MSc in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, gaining hands-on experience with children volunteering at a paediatric clinic and a final clinical placement at Toronto Kids Physio.

Tanha has a special interest in working with infants and young children with developmental and neurological conditions and also enjoys supporting teens through injury recovery. She is committed to ongoing learning and has completed training in Introductory Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and DMI Level A (Dynamic Movement Intervention). Tanha strives to make physiotherapy fun, engaging, and goal-oriented, using play and creativity to support each child’s development. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, reality TV, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.

Noa graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Kinesiology. She has had a lifelong passion for helping children with diverse needs, and cannot wait to help them reach their goals! Growing up as a dancer and circus performer, Noa developed a strong foundation in movement that she has carried with her into her career. She spent years as both a dance and swim instructor, teaching children of all abilities. Noa began at Kids Physio as a volunteer and immediately fell in love with the warm, fun, and supportive environment. She is passionate about making movement fun, engaging, and accessible for every child.

Jessica grew up in Brazil, and her passion for physiotherapy and working with children sparked since her days as a professional dancer. Before going into physiotherapy, she was a ballet teacher for children of all ages for 10 years. During her bachelor’s in dance, she researched the use of imagery for movement and childhood motor learning. During her kinesiology program, she started volunteering as a dance mentor to youth with physical and intellectual disabilities, and through her physical therapy degree at Queen’s University, she worked in a pediatric centre with children with developmental delays, diverse musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, neurologic, and genetic conditions.

Jessica is passionate about working with babies and young children to promote motor learning and achieve developmental milestones. She is certified in concussion management and has a special interest in working with concussions, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and prevention, all while focusing on a creative and fun learning environment.

Deb, a Toronto native, has been immersed in sports and outdoor activities since her youth. Her passion for working with children began at 16, both working and volunteering in diverse settings like swimming programs, canoe trips, adaptive fitness centers, and schools. This early experience fueled her dedication to pediatric physiotherapy.

Upon graduating, she spent the next 7 years working at a children’s rehabilitation hospital, where she specialized in assisting children with diverse physical needs. Deb has also worked in the clinical setting with babies and young children who need help reaching their milestones. Deb thrives on creating engaging yet challenging treatments tailored to each child’s interests, ensuring sessions are both effective and enjoyable. Growing up as the eldest in her family, Shahd developed a natural love for supporting children and celebrating every milestone, whether big or small. She understands how meaningful it is for parents to see their child grow in confidence, independence, and joy, and she brings that same care and enthusiasm to every session.

Shahd completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and has dedicated her career to helping children of all ages move, play, and thrive to their full potential. She has additional training in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level A and Rebounding for Paediatric Therapists (TheraBounce), and a special interest in supporting children with neurological conditions, developmental delays, orthopaedic injuries, and gross motor challenges.

Shahd has a genuine passion for creating a warm and engaging environment where kids can grow and explore their surroundings. She firmly believes in the power of play and creative therapy to make physiotherapy both enjoyable and effective. Her compassionate, family-centered approach not only addresses physical challenges but also supports the emotional and social aspects of each child’s development. Jenn grew up in Montreal, Quebec. As a figure skater and later coach, Jenn has always had a love for teaching children new skills. She attended McGill University, completing an undergraduate degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology, followed by a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. Upon graduating, Jennifer immediately pursued a career in pediatric physiotherapy. She has worked in the private sector at multidisciplinary clinics, a doctor’s office, as well as in her own capacity as an independent practitioner. Jennifer also has experience in the public sector, working at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Jenn is passionate about combining her previous experiences in both the public and private sectors to create a clinic which will provide the highest level of care and support for clients and their families. Through many continuing education courses, Jenn has expanded her skill set as a pediatric physiotherapist in order to maintain and uphold standards of best practice as well as keep up with the latest research. Jillian has always had a passion for working with children and has dedicated her career to paediatric physiotherapy since graduation. Whether it is helping babies take their first steps or guiding young athletes to return to sport post-injury, Jillian is passionate about making physiotherapy fun for children of all ages and abilities. Jillian also works at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in the Neuromotor and Neuromuscular programs, treating children with developmental disabilities including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and spinal muscular atrophy.

Jillian is committed to lifelong learning and has completed additional training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, infant developmental milestones, idiopathic toe walking, and concussion management.
